The balance we have is 1/2" wide & 29" long metal to metal. The sash weight is about 28 lbs. Please help us ID the part number of the balance based on the pictures submitted. Thanks.

Can't find any numbers, names, or markings on any of the windows or pieces. Two windows and cranks are no longer functional. We have taken everything apart to attempt to fix it with no luck. The windows will only move outward to open but not back inward to close.

Window is from the company Empire Pacific Windows. The letter L is on the lock, also 8-9 it is white in color.

I have old style crank out windows. Theses clips hold the window screens in place.

Hi, The vinyl "trim that seals the windows on the outside got damaged at the top of the window. It seems to be a thin piece of vinyl that goes between the glass and window frame all the way around the window. Though only the top part is damage. Please se attached image. Need some of them plus at the top off the moving vertical slider there are retaining clips that allows you to tilt the window back for cleaning. These break on a regular basis
