Those are installed to my window by the company who build the house on 2001, many of those parts are broken and the windows does not stay up

The plastic insulation has become brittle and broken. The plastic is an extension of a wood piece that gets screwed into the frame to hold the doors in place. Would you have replacements?

Hi Swisco, please see attached pics of the Loewen balance - the item is for a tilt-out window and is stamped with 25D ... 25 in length and 1/2 in width. It installs recessed into the channel with two cam pivots on the sash that mount into the clamp on the end of the string. Mike

Hello, I'm unable to identify the correct replacements for these sash balances. The window is a double hung window measuring 24" W x 36" high. Please advise. Multiple pictures should be attached. Thank you.

The first three pictures are 25" x 1/2 (2440) , the last two are 17" x 1/2" (1630). Before purchasing I saw several that looked alike and I want to make sure its the right ones before purchasing .

I believe I would need a 15046 pivot shoe, but the picture I've unloaded does not have the notch in shoe where the window pin fits into the shoe. Is this pivot shoe compatible with Crystal Window products? The window is either a series 100 or 200, but I believe the hardware for both of these serie ... (cont.)
