Have no idea who the maker of these wood frame windows and crank handles is. Handles gears no longer feel like they engage on any of the 4 units I have. Set screws work fine. easily removable and insertable. But it feels like armature on the inside is no longer making contact. handles just spin. ... (cont.)

20" 19 5 KP Caldwell balance rod, need replacement's

The rollers on my door appear to be 84-107. According to your video for 84-001 which h appears to be the same with smaller wheels after taking out the adjustment screw pull out the old part by grasping the wheel with needle nose pliers. I order Series 795 window balances. The balances fit the channel but the Balance shoes that were shipped with the balances don't fit. currently this Phillips door lock is mostly on the inside. I'd like to be able to change it so I can have a keyed lock outside. the door frame is 1 inch thick. do I have any options?

Hi, I have a double hung vinyl window with broken coil springs. The only identification I can find on the window is a sticker with CBM INc. - CA. The coil spring is .75" wide and is stamped SK 108. Thanks, Micah
