Have hinge only markings 3045,612, 03087.67, 047X0 Hinges work but dont hold door snug. Looks as if white tab inside hinge has sheared off? What brand hinge is this and what replacements do you offer?

Cannot find any marking on this locking mechanism except "Pat Pend" stamped on the lower outside corner. Only one hook of the double hook mechanism works correctly. I would like to replace my Larson storm door lock set with an aged bronze or oil rubbed bronze. Anything out there I can use?
