Hello, My single wheel rollers are held in by two arms and a pressed in pin at one end. The pin and the roller axle are loose and allow the roller to turn sideways. The closest I found is your kit 81-266 but the pin does not have the ridges that go into the frame. Should I just look for a roller as ... (cont.)

I need to replace this channel balance. When I search for this on you site I get numerous ones that all look the same to me, but have different id numbers. This is a 17 inch channel balance for a non-tilt window. Please let me know which one I need.
