The length of the metal is 31". The stamp in the metal near the bottom is: 27 4 BSI. There was a manufacture sticker found within the window frame, it reads: H-LC25-54x90. Need to find two rear sockets -- two from the left side of two drawers broke.

This looks like a 390 to me. The shoe is definitely deeper than 1 inch, however doesn't appear to be a full 1 1/8". Also, many of my windows only have one channel balance per window. Did the installer many years ago skimp on the installation?
