Can you identify this part I need to replace both ( left and right )

Gorell vinyl replacement windows number 5305 replacement tilt latch

This window has two problems. First the vinyl casing on the bottom has broken, so there is no metal tab to connect into the spiral balance. Second, the part that connects to the spiral balance on the other side of the window is broken. Can this be repaired?

I am missing the bottom clip and string is no longer working

Probably 25 years old. Cranks open but won't close without manually pushing the window from the outside. Also the cover was lost by a painter several years ago. This is a bathroom window that is designed to open only about 6 inches. Thank you.

The channel is 9/16" and the length of the channel without the plastic ends is 24". It is marked 23-2 DD5 CMC 87. The window sash weighs 10 pounds. Thanks for responding to my question. The pins currently in the door are 7/16" in diameter at the bottom, and the collar is 1 3/8" long, so your suggested 23-118 part is too small. I think that the problem with the door is less the pins, and more the roller/washer plastic bit that slides back-and- ... (cont.)
