I am trying to identify the little (dust gasket?) on the windows. The little fuzzy strip on the inside of the lower and the outside of the upper windows that fits to the sill? Is this a replaceable part? What is it actuall called & how do I get some.

I have 2 identical windows needing the balances replaced. The balances are removed and and the only identifying marks in the balance is " 28 1/4 3 H H ". How can I which series I have to order the proper balances. Thank you

I have jordan windows? ( its what the latch says) the spring pulley balance channel thing has a broken plastic pulley and the mechanism no longer works.
