20 inches long, 1/2" window balance. Can't figure out the correct one to order. Need 2 of them and the take out clips

What is this part and can I still get them?

The exterior handle has a threaded sleeve that attaches the screws from the inside handle. One sleeve is broken. Center line is 3.937. Sliding door is SGD-R20-96X96 / SERIES 870 / AAMA. Thanks ! Dan

Missing just one of these guys. There should be one on each side on the window frame to engage the ballast.

I purchased a New Era Modular home in 2001 that came with single hung vinyl windows. The block and tackle systems are getting stuck and failing. Hi I believe the windows are Silverline 2900. I think this is called a T-Pivot Balance Shoe. ThanksJoan

I purchase a replacement crank 39-187 as you can see by the photo the window does not close all the way. Comparing it to the old crank the piece from the housing to the swivel joint is longer. Do have a replacement that you can recommend?

Looks a little different but dimensions seem to match the 26-317. Sound correct?

I think I figured out that MAXIM MULTI-POINT LOCK, MEDIUM SLIDER, product code 38-095 is the correct part? All measurements do add up. I'd just like to make sure before I order. If this is the right part, I am going to order more than one of them, just in case! Thank you.
