I was hoping the 87-164 rollers were 5 mm tall from the plastic base to the center of the roller, but they are only 2 mm and the rollers don't reach the base of the window. If the store has what I need, I could exchange them, but if not, I would like to return.

Do you sell these plastic/nylon glides? They are for Alenco windows(circa 1995) that slide up and down. They are installed on the sides of the window towards the bottom on each side. Looked all over on the internet, but couldn't find them. Thanks!

These Nu-sash sash lock & keepers look very specific & not easily replaced unfortunately. If there is a more robust design it woukd be preferred. I have 5 windows in need of closers. Can u help? Tim. 515.229.8673 cell
