3inch and 3/4 from hole to hole

I have this style crossbow balance but the plastic pieces are all broke and the gray rod slides down inside the spring. How can I tell which one I need. The windows are 58 inches tall, if that helps. Thank you.

Hello, I need some help identifying this window crank. The arms are ~12" long. The handle assembly has some stripped parts in it that are preventing it from opening and closing properly.

The windows are Nami. Code: Hil-280-3 Spec: NFRC Series: CVDH Mst: 280-M-001 NFRC-100

There is a main "Entry Gard" arm. But there is a smaller arm at the top of casement window and at the bottom. The top is fine. On the right "arm" the hinge point "rivet" is broken/missing. I need a whole new assembly. Which part is it I need to purchase/order?
