I have a broken spring in a sash support coil balance. The housing looks like a 15-087 and the spring looks like a S180. The housing has the number 5 printed on it; does this mean the spring is a 5 lb spring? (pictures attached) Thank you for your time.

the channel has markings of 20.5 KC CMC 4 There is a single string going from the block on the bottom going to a rectangle box on the top. THe bottom sash swings out for cleaning and the height of the window from top to bottom is 45 1/2 inches

I have vinyl windows and have not stayed up for a long time. I got a repairman in and he found the bottom window is smaller (not much) than it should be. This causes the spring to pop out. Part # 2720B 9/16 width 5/8 depth 28" in length The existing part was stamped with the number 2720B. I can't seem to find it, Hopefully you can help me find this part. Thank you for your help
