The shoe is approx 2 in by 5/8 In by 1 1/8. The spiral spring is 28 inches long and the diameter of it was around 7/16. These windows are vinyl from 2001. Can't figure out manufacturer. Looking for replacement parts and prices.

I am trying to identify the manufacturer for our windows. The logo looks like two Christmas trees. The numbers next to the logo is 1/95 which I am guessing is the manufacturer. See the attached picture.

Looking for outside screen frame corner. Your stock # 95-035 & # 95-033 are exact matches. When I bring up # 95-034 the shape of this corner does not match the two mentioned above. I need white corners. Is the shape the same and picture on website is wrong ?

These are Wilmar windows taken over by Jenweld. The vinal jambliner with have failed. The windows are 25Lb and 2" wide with pivot bars. Finding a track to fit and retrofit these window seems problematic.

This window channel balance is 24 inches long and the number stamped on it is 23

This lock lever failed after 2 years on the above patio door. I believe you may be able to provide the part. The slider is made by asheindistries. The door is model 8900. Please advise so I may order. Gerry Paradiso

Hi - I've got Pella windows, probably from the late 90s or early 2000's with broken sash pivots. I can't find a replacement that matches these.

Hopefully, the pictures will help you to identify. The lock is broken (or mechanism "soft" so that it can lock by slowly sliding into that position. i have been locked out!
