I have an Andersen wood window that needs a right side balance. The only numbers I see on it are, C29 6#31 4-86 Can you tell me which balance I need? Thanks

I found the following on one of the balance boxes. E-46-9131-0-86. Numbers are rusty but I think OK. Number in lower corner of one set of windows is MC09-LO-XI. IN another set MC-LO-XJ. Let's see if we can fingure this out. Let me know if this helps and what else you m ay need.

I need to replace Caldwell 29 3 ER channel balances. Your 380 series appears to be the closest match but your 15-005 shoe measures 1" deep and the shoe on my balance is only 29/32" deep. Is that difference likely to prevent me from getting the sash reinstalled?

Hello, I'm wondering if it is possible to get a replacement hinge for a 36x80 screen door, registration # 08289694802-317. This door was installed in 1987 and now needs rollers because it bumps ad grinds when opened and closed. Do you have the parts for this doorwall? Many thanks, Steve

I plugged into the Swisco search bar a code from my Narrowline window balances, S 16 1027 5 88. That code led me to your 24-R18-1027, or your 24-R14-1027. I have two questions. 1) Which one of those fits my window? And 2) Does "R" stand for "right"? My balances have the same code on both ... (cont.)

Can you tell me the part number of this pivot shoe? It has a protrusion which I do not see in the others. It is 1/2" w/o protrusion in most areas but 5/8" in others.
