we just moved into a new house my grandsons room has a closet with two doors one door keeps coming off track my husband tried to tighten it but its loose idk my daughter is mad because she said its a new house that shouldn't be happing so now its off track what can we do

We have Anders🌞n windows in our kitchen and the spring loaded pieces that latch into place to keep the windows open are broken and will not latch in place. Also, some of the plastic encasement is broken in some windows.

I have a milgard screen door that needs the corner piece what I need to know will a 95-020 work.there is nothing wrong with the screen door it is not bent or damaged in any way just need the corner thank you George marshall

Have purchased (brother in law) from you in the past.

This part attaches to the bar on a tilt out window and connects to the lever that pushes in or out (it slides along the bar as the handle is cranked)

Left side: 24 3 kw cmc 11 Right side : 24 5 kw caldwell The right side is broken. I don't know why someone put a different one.

Can you supply this part? I need 2 of them.

Picture upload would not work. Right side balance cord broke, do I need a new balance or is there a cord replacent? The spring and attachments appear to be fine. Do both balances need replacing?

Windows are from 1965. Number on existing balance is 7 27 -102

NEED TO LOCATE PART FOR MY GORELL DOUBLE HUNG WINDOW

I installed this patio door about 35 years ago. one roller broke off while I was trying to adjust it.

Marking on the balance says 25 9 CX CMC 7. Window company has gone out of business. Local Dixieline says they can't find a part that will work.

My vision 2000 casement windows need replacements of the window operators. Track and guides. They are 20 years old. Their is no part number on the inside of the windows.
