Hello I have ordered from you several times. I have 4 broken pivot bars to single hung windows. The bar is 3 inches long. the jpg shows a broken one. The pilot hole is 1 inch from the back They are very rusted. The bar itself is shaped like a square"U"

Can you please recommend the replacement part number. Have my order for 8 others ready to send and need the part number for this one last window balancer. Thanks for your help Cathy

This is assumed to be from a MARVIN door. Distributor claims no corners are available. Marvin Door does not respond to customers inquiry. Do you have a corner like this? Can you advise cost? Thanks, Norm

There is no information that I could find anywhere on the door. The inside locking mechanism is broken; won't lock onto the catch that's on the door frame. Anyway of matching this up, or know where I can purchase a replacement? Thanks! Angie

length of balances 28 inches. width is 1/2 balance. width of the pivot shoe is 1/2 inch. the stampings on the balance is 2740. window is non-tilt. 15-001 seems to be the closest I am able to match up to my pivot shoe and the top 19-001. Your part 39-06 appears to be the correct handing however the pieces that attach to the moving window sash are not the same length or style - do you have a replacement operator that matches this one?

I found the following two parts for my windows: 27" Series 377 Channel Balance & Take Out Clip I need the plastic clips that are screwed on the window sides which are broken on my window, these plastic clips stop the "channel balance" from coming off, I can't find those on your web site, can I send ...
