duralite window part

the duralite window wont stay up. i was told my mianatbce tech that we need the coil spring. i attcahed a photo. do you have a replacement part?

Replacing window crank

Looking to replace this window crank. Taken out of a wood window I thought was an Anderson or Pella.I bought the house and not sure how old the windows are although they are all in great condition. The crank arm measures 12'' Thanks for your help.
