I'm looking for clip with screw that holds the screen shown in the picture. In the picture, there's one such clip on the bottom right. What is a equivalent part of this clip?

I have 8 windows that need balances. 3 of the 36"x32". 3 of the 32"x34". 2 of the 36" x 24." (These are the dimensions of the lower frame. See pics please.) They are double-hung tilt-in windows made in the late 1990s. I've attached pics of the mechanisms, parts and labels.

Have a window (both half that comes out is 13inch high). The metal springs on both side are rusted out at bottom. I tried to capture pictures. Looks to me that there is a rusted remnant of the piece still screwed in to the bottom of the windows on each corner -I am guessing that is what hook into ... (cont.)

The distance between the screws on the door handle is 5 inches. There are no screws on the lock mechanism but there are screws on the plastic piece that the lock attaches to and that distance is 3.5 inches.
