The windows are M and W. The part looks like a big spring with strings attached to the top. The windows wont stay up. Can you help.

The only marking on this door says "ESD Fairfield OH". I think it is a Pella that was sold by Home Depot. I need a new bottom seal/gasket. Door is 37 1/2" wide.
