Hello, I have some alside windows that need their pivot bars and shoes replaced. Window specs: H-LC45 914x1981 (36x78) SERIES 0201 / A201 DOUBLE HUNG P.L.# 004-011 The pivot bar has a number on it. Thanks for your help!

We need a replacement balancer for these Jeld-Wen windows.The windows where installed earlier this year and Jeld-wen is having difficulty supplying replacement parts. Please let me know if you need more information. Thank youDan

When locked I can still pull the slider open. I believe the hook isnt fully secured when latched to the plate in the frame. I dont typically handle small jobs around the house but I think I can knock this out. I also gave you the serial number if the door.

The constant spring on the right side has broken and I can't seem to figure out how to get the two plastic pieces that can contain the spring to move. Left and right balancers for window. Markings on spring was a 4 and one was a 5. We also need 4 tilt clips. There where no numbers on clips to hold window in the frame. Both broke within a day. How do we pay for parts?
