This particular unit does not have any name on it, but the window has four operators. Two on the left side of the window and two on the right side of the window.

Need replacement weatherstripping for bottom of Bottom sash of Harvey Wood (Majesty) replacement windows. They are 12 years old and the plastic bottom of the weatherstripping has crumbled. The pictures should tell the story. A foam tube with hard plastic flat bottom. Seems to be about 3/8" wide an ... (cont.)

I need to replace the bottom swing arm that is screwed to the bottom of the wood casement window and snaps onto the sill. it keeps the opening slide equal to the top slide. The operating arm is 5" long pivoting on the solid arm screwed to the bottom of the sash about 8".
