I would lke to purchase two (2) brass colored handles with 3/8" gear bores. These are replacements for Pella casement windows approximately 30 years oldPlease advise me how to pay for these items. The marking on the bore side appears to be X428.Thank you.Allyn

My house was built in 1973 and still has some original wood windows. One of them is an awning window, but I cannot find any names, numbers, or markings anywhere on the unit except for some numbers stamped on the side of the screen.

Small kitchen window above sink - need both left & right casement operators. For my larger windows I ordered 39-031 - perfect fit. But kitchen needs something different & I can't seem to match it to your pictures. Any help - thanks. Julie

Need white, kerf type hollow Bubble seal: the kerf and the bubble each measure 1/4 inch. Included ruler just in case. Thank you for your help. I might have to order a sample to make sure it fits.

The aluminum frame measures 1/4 " x 1/2". I need the plastic corners that fit inside the aluminum frame. The plastic part that inserts into the frame is 19/64" x 13/64ths "

The mechanism to turn the lock appears loose and worn / broken. Question 1 would be can I replace just that part to fix the lock? Question 2 would be if so, what part would it be? Question 3: if not, what are the total part I would need for the full repair?

I ordered 18 large butterfly latches on 7/28/23 for my screen frames. The large butterfly latches fit into the screen frames and work but my concern is the latches don't fit snug and perfectly within the window frame because the tooth looking piece on the new lstch is a little longer than the origin ...
