Looking for replacement part for 1928 original windows Steel tension spring for double hung window measures .5 in wide and 8.5 in long.

Would you please tell me what brand window your 26-120 and 26-121 latch are made for ? They are identical to the latches on the windows I have and was wondering what the brand window is they replace.

Removed this from a window that does not stay open. The hook broke so the picture does not sow the V shaped thing at the end of the hook. On the end piece there is this PAT.6598264 Thank You

Please for the love of god. I've been trying to replace the patio door handles for a month and everything I buy is wrong. The old handle was a sash control inc handle. I need a new door handle that locks and new mechanism. What do you recommend?

Hello Swisco,Please help identify this roller. The bracket width is 1/2", roller is 1-1/4 diameter, and the dimension from the center of the roller to end of bracket is 1-3/8". I have the Truth casement window locks, 38-075. They are working but some are very hard to lock and the handles won't go all the way down. Some look really dirty inside.
