Please a having broken on one side window

House built in the 70s with aluminum windows only have about 25% of these left tough on the windows that are heavy large and heavy tough to open them.

The spring balance string broke. The window is about 28 lbs 26 3/4 " tall 44" wide. The metal part of the balance is 24". The markings in the photo are 23 5 BP Caldwell. The top piece on the other balance is missing part of the plastic but seems to function fine. If this balance is properly siz ... (cont.)

Hello, I am looking to order at least 8 balance bars, and using your handy photos I think I have it narrowed down to either the 380 or 385 series. need replacement part for a Jordan window . It is located on each side of the window frame at the very top. It is black plastic about 1.25" wide and screws in on the side to attach it to the frame.

To whom it may concern: This is a casement window operator. It has " Roto" printed on the plastic cover and a ww symbol on the actual crank underside. It uses a single bent arm approximately 3 1/2 inches long. Any help in identifying this item would be appreciated. Thank you
