The articulated part attaches to the window crank "nub". When in place, a long aluminum pole (approx 9' long) with a hook on the end is used to connect and turn the part. This part attaches to the rear underside of the drawer. The drawer rollers are then inserted into a "u" shaped track that is mounted on the cabinet frame for the entire length of the drawer.

I need to replace four Chanel balances for my two non tilt windows. The only numbers I see on the Chanel balance is 17 2 JU CMC 2. The Chanel measurements are 1/2" wide by 18" long. I only measured the metal piece of the Chanel balance.

Looking for window hardware. These windows are up and down sliders and they won't stay open. I've sent photos of the hard war on the bottom sliding window and what components are the window frame. Thank you.

The middle part that fits into the base is broken. Do you have a part like this.

Top flap is 3/8 and kerf is 1/4 I think it's Marvin windows but I'm not for sure.
