Trying to identify this Truth hardware operator for bay windos

Have a sentry 2000 skylight operator with LCII controller. Can you supply a replacement controller or at least the board? What are my options?

both seal attached are approx 1/4" on the t-slot side and pile of the brush is approx 1/4" as well. The bottom seal on window is foam filled. 10 windows approx 28" wide 3 windows 22" wide

I think my sliding door handle has an offset lock lever but a centered key cylinder. Do you have something like that? The tumbler bar actually fits into the bottom hole. Modu -wall. Is the only marking on it. What I would call a cam style handle is about 3.5 inches long. Mounts horizontal to the window frame the cam goes thru the frame and catches the small strike inside the window frame mounting holes are about 3 inches on center

These Andersen or Pella windows are about 20 years, and it has the flexible, vinyl jamb inserts. Can you determine which these are and how to remove and replace?

I'm looking for a plastic screen latch that fits inside of the metal frame of my screen. The part is roughly 1/2" wide.
