We manage a bunch of properties with these windows. We need the metal parts that hold the window in place as well as any other repair parts including the springs.

The window measures 33 1/2" wide X 22 1/2" tall X 1 3/4" deep The portion of the hinge that goes against the frame is 12 1/4" the portion that goes against the window is 8 3/4".

I thought this was a Truth Mirage because other (smaller) windows in our house were using Truth Encore handles/escutcheons, but the Mirage is too big, it is a similar shape with the C shape at the end of the handle. Would love your help identifying. Please see the pics!
