I am repairing a sliding aluminum frame window. The glass of the window is thermopane, about 5/8" thick, and there is this rubber?? gasket that goes around the perimeter of the window as it fits into the extruded aluminum frame.

One half hinge measures 1/2" x 1 3/4" with 3 holds in a straight line. Other half is 3/4" x 1 3/4" and the center hole is offset. I think a hinge 3/4" x 1 3/4" would work. The finish is, I believe, oil rubbed bronze They are permanently rusted shut.and now will not open or close. ... (cont.)
