This is window trim that the glass fits into then the trim holds the glass in the window frame.

My windows are tilt in so the jambs look different. My jambs are very different and the balance does not have a visible screw. I think I need to remove the plastic jamb but it is not clear how it comes out. See pics.

Manufacturer: Millard Metal channel length: 13-5/8" Stamp: 13 6 The metal hook is broken (on both balances), but it looks exactly like the hook shown on this page. Prior owner installed this window around 2007 I need 2 balances.

How can I remove the Truth operator cover from the old Truth Encore Dyad casement window operator? I can't seem to be able to find a distributor that has the 39-452 cover, only the nesting covers.
