Hi, I believe the window is a Pella Pro series. Aluminum clad wood window. The sash lock shown appears bent, the other side broke. The ones I see on your site have a pin on the back.I couldn't find a balancer with the same end as the one shown.Thanks,Bob

This is an upper sash, spiral balancer retainer clip. You might refer to it as a shoe. Can you identify which part I need to replace this clip/shoe?

I purchased the 39-248 Roto Operator Base to replace a broken plastic brace. The part fits fine except for one item. When I insert the base into window frame hole there is a 3/16" gap between new operator base and window frame where you screw the base into the frame. The old plastic brace is thicker ... (cont.)

These window sash stops are notorious for breaking. There is avery small dog clip inside the unit that breaks off. It's literally about a 32nd of an inch. Poor design, but I find myself needing to replace them in my windows. Do you carry these?Al PS. Is there a better replacement? ... (cont.)
