i believe these are the original windows and the house was built in the early 80s near sacramento california. the interiors are wood and the exterior seems to be clad with vinyl. i will be so appreciative if you can help me find the handle and other parts! thanks.

The top of my spiral balance screws into the window, but the plastic seat (receiver) is broken so there is nothing to screw into. Do you have a replacement part?
