I need assistance with finding a replacement for my new handle set.

I received an email from Jocelyn last week, (request #36684507). I'm cofident as she is that latch #40-052 is what I need. I would also like a price on a black handle that would fit that latch. Thank you.

These blocks when in place prevent the door from being lifted out. I think their only purpose is security. Bottom of upper window where the two windows meet. Hard plastic is 1" wide, front by bulb is 5/8" back is 5/32. Bulb is 1/4. Windows were is pre fab house built in 2002.

14 7/8, stamp 1420 can't read the trade mark but next to it it says KC.

Needing 2 (left and right) balancers, and 2 (left and right) sash pivots. Removed what I thought was the sash pivot screw and cannot remove the pivot. The pivot shoe seems wider than the channel? Appreciate any help in advance!! Mike
