I don't see this on your website. 5/8" wide, 7/8" from the top to the center of the bottom screw hole. 1/16" to the upper screw slot.

Not sure if it is one coil or two. Looks like it snapped but not sure. When I pushed up the window, I heard a snap. Both sides of the window looked the same. This is the removed piece from one side of the sash.

I found a serial/model number in the door pane CCMC#12765-L. The locking mechanism no longer works. I assume its the mortise lock, but the door does not have an external keyhole, only a latch inside the door. From end of top screw to the end of the bottom screw is 4.5". These are balances for 20 - 25 year old Jeldwen windows (I think they're all single hung). I think they were considered a "contractor series".
