Need help finding a replacement for this window balance. The length is 25 3/4.

The have two windows with these hinges labelled Truth 30905. The attached image is of the lower hinge attached on the right, but I actually need both the upper and lower hinges for the window with the hinge attached on the LEFT hand side. What do you have that is close to this? I can make a comparison from a picture, you should be able to. The original stuff is so shriveled up, a photo of that would be less clear than the drawing.

this clip is has fastener to the glass patio fixed door and the wall fixture. Don't know who manufactures this.
