Hi i need help choosing right window channel balance

Width is 1/2 inch lenght is 26 inches marking has 25 3 CS Cadwell on it

I believe these are 1/2" coil balance pivot shoes, and I'm looking for a replacement pivot shoe. I'm unsure if I also need to replace the coil (coil is in good condition but want to ensure compatibility with new shoes). Can you help me find the right replacement parts? Hello! After a lot of research I purchased two new window sashes, 26" Series 385 Channel Balances, but I suspect I was wrong. The 26" part is correct but I think the spring is too strong. I am looking for a 3/4" wide 1/2 hook coil balance there is a 6 or 9 stamped on it but am not sure which. The pivot shoe is 1 1/2 inches tall 1 1/4 inches wide and 13/16 deep these are in good shape but thought it may help with ID I would need one pair.
