Plastic part needed on my jolousie windows, on both sides at the bottom of each window. The 2 holes for mounting are 7/8" center to center. The larger round hole is 1/2" If you have them email me back & I will order a couple. Thank you

Hello, I am having difficulty opening my window. Last summer I sprayed vegtable oil on it to help loosen it up but now, after winter, when I tried to open it up it is very hard. Can I do anything to save it?

I'm trying to replace a 22 year-old hinge made by Grass for my kitchen cabinet door (see attached photo of the hinge mounted on the inside of the door, which is currently not attached to the cabinet). The hinge is for an inset cabinet door.

Do you carry a replacement for this Intenational Aluminum window latch. 1993 era.

In looking at earlier requests for parts similar to mine, one person had 31876 on the inside arm of the two-part arm, and 41011 on the longer arm. Mine looks vert similar, though it has 41012 on the long arm. You recommended the 39-253RB. My measurements are very close to the 253 RB, but my extend ... (cont.)

I know it's a 385 balance labeled: 27-5 FJ5 CMC 34 I didn't measure it so hopping the label will help. Thanks Mark

I would appreciate your help in finding the correct part for these Pella windows. They are wooden and are also tilt in for cleaning. (They are difficult to tilt in. 27" balance with a stamp of 26DS 38

I've got the jamb spreaders to replace shoes in a vinyl window. What temperature would be too cold to safely spread the vinyl channel. The other day it was 5 degrees and I cancelled, but Friday it will be 10-22 (different job). What do you think?
