Hello, I am looking for a handle that can lock and un-lock with a key from the outside.

I bought windows in 2014 from Home Depot America Craftsman 8500 the springs broke on both sides looks like 3 springs I watched the video on cutting the channels and taking the springs out, but I'm not sure which springs to order any ideas.

Not even close. (Suggested part 58-181) The kerf comes off at a 45 from the square channel which measures approx 5/16" od. The bulb is opposite corner from the kerf and measure approx 1/4" od. Please help

The lock mechanism on my CertainTeed sliding glass door broke in the locked position and I had to cut the two bolts that were anchored into the frame to get the door open.
