Hello, I pulled two of my broken balances off. One has a code C2650, and the other says C26SP835 (I think). The channel measures 27" long and the window weighs 30 lbs. Will you advise which balance part number I should order? Thanks Larry

The first pic is the unbroken balance assembly and the second pic is the other side with the broken part. These windows were installed in 2016 and are hurricane windows .

Hello. Looking for replacements for this vinyl casement window part. I believe this is called a sash keeper. Color, screw hole location and, to a degree, sizing is flexible as long as the new part hold the sash in place when closed shut. Thanks.

My front door lets in a lot of light and air. I have tried a couple of weatherstrips, but none of them fit the slot in the door. Looking at my doors it appears I have 23-038 upper guides and 23-225 lower rollers. I have the bottom track but I am missing the upper track. From some of the post I read on your site you do not have an upper track for the 23-038 guides. What new upper guides can you sell me that would work with the ... (cont.)

This house was built in 1988. All the windows are Milgard. The sliding glass door is not easy to open. We tried cleaning and lubricating the tracks, but it didnt help. Csn you help me figure out replacement roolers for it?

Hello Do you have a replacement roller for the GACO 4030H. The sliding door is approximately 28 years old. Dimensions are 1 1/2 inch wheel diameter. 13/16 inches wide base. 1 1/2 inches high.

I do not find any markings indicating part number. Need replacement lock or alternative. Thanks
