The window is approximately 27" X 30". I am looking to replace 6 springs on three identical windows. Can you help me identify the spring I need? I will also need to tool to twist the springs. Please contact me if you need additional information. Rickey

There are no names on part. "2290" is cast on the inside of main body; "4" and "2249" cast on fork. The window company is Assura Windows (formerly TM Windows), in Pompano Beach Florida. I am replacing the top and bottom track a of Stanley 36" bi-fold mirror door. The top track is 36"Lx7/8"D x 1 1/8"W. The bottom track is 36'L x 1/2" D x 11/8"W. Can I use track part 21-401 for top and bottom tracks and what other hardware do I need?

I don't know weather I need a part or not. I have a double hung window that has no markings of brand or model and the top sash won't budge, as if it's locked.
