I need to get a replacement window balance. The plastic fitting at the top where the spring attaches broke. The dimensions are 33"L x ½"W x ½' D. The spring is 16" long. Hey I would like to know how to get replacement assemblies for my sliding glass door. The door is a aluminum frame built in the 2000's. The roller assembly is 1.6" wide. 2.5" long. 0.75" thick. The wheel diameter is 1.6". There is no markings on the roller. Thanks for your time.
