This is a 17" centermount drawer slide, attached to the bottom of the drawer. I have the part that attaches to the dresser, but missing one of these. Are they made anymore?

If the sash guide is broke and all the way up how do i get the window up. Seems to be caught on something. can't lift it up at all

Window won't shut completely on bottom near handle. Other pic shows opposite side closing correctly. Entry Gard 31538A and stamped with an "R". Can't tell what's wrong or how to fix. Upper part of window also closes correctly.

I've installed a Legacy keyed handle (82-086) along with mortise lock 82-229. Upon installation I proceeded to remove the keys from the handle (which came inserted from manufacturer) and I cannot get the lock mechanism to let go or release of the key. I have Melpa hardware on my wardrobe armoire that failed because a specialty screw fell off and got lost.
