Please help identify the part that needs replacement. We have a Jeld-Wen vinyl sliding patio door that was purchased in Spring 2008. Picture #2 shows how the top latch does not protrude far enough to engage without forcing it. Picture #3 is my best attempt to indicate the size since I don't know ... (cont.)

Vertical Glazing Bead's have a falling out in this window and I need to replace them. Not sure what size to buy. Any help would be appreciated. See pictures below.

Both sides of the lower window single coil springs broke. The brake shoe is 2 1/4" long X 1 1/4" wide. The connection of the single coil is a single screw attachment into the track above the lower window when the window is in the down position. I am looking for the left side tilt button for a silver line window the sides are smooth. The pictures with two show the size difference and the bumps on the side of the in correct part.

I have just recently purchased a house with a Silverline window in an upstairs bathroom that doesn't work, needs a new crank assembly. I have attached a picture of the warranty label and the crank in the window. I need the whole assembly because the handle is stripped.

Bolt latch handle is broken. The bolt is about 20 in from top of door. The face is 4/14 by 1/14, white.

Hello!We have acquired a 1976 Thomasville dresser. All the drawers fall out when you open them. With difficulty we get the a drawer to get into the rail ? then it doesn't close all the way. Do we need to replace all of them or are we doing something wrong?Thank you!Lori

Both left and right ? Looks like part is good for left or right side . And would you have the other locking mechanisms possibly that are next to this part ?? springs,clips etc TKS -- 201-983-3665 Gary

These are from a SEMCO window in a bronze color. Obviously this one is broken but the insert piece is approximately a 1/4-3/8", with the short side being inset about 3/16" and the long side being about 5/8". These are dark bronze.
