Dear SWISCO Customer Service: I bought and received a 39-025 Awning Window Crank Operator replacement from SWISCO. At the end of 2-3/8 tongue on the crank operator, you provide a shoulder type screw. The shoulder screw diameter is too big and I cannot insert to the existing hole at the window. ... (cont.)

There are two latches, upper and lower. The upper will not move hence the need to lift the door when opening and closing. I need a replacement part.

When we moved in, the locking mechanism of this sliding glass door did not actually fit, and the handle was broken.

Sliding door handle, says made in new Zealand. Does not have any numbers or other markings other than the squiggles on front. Screw holes where it attaches to door are 4 15/16 inches center to center.
