Hi! The window in question was installed in 2006 - 2007. It won't close fully, leaving a .5 inch gap at the open side. Manually cranking doesn't help. Hi I have these windows and they crank open. One of the windows arms that pulls and pushes the window that's attached to the window snap. We are needing to replace the hinge operator and crank for the window in the photo. The actual window is the exact same window and operator but the crank is on the left side. Hello! I am looking for replacement hinges and handles for this window. We can't find any identifying markings and have been to a few window stores to try and figure it out - without any luck. I would be willing to try a few different parts or clever engineering!

Needing replace for two of my larger windows that use the same hardware but unsure if my smaller and larger window use the same size.

Please let me know if you have these two items to replace that are in the pictures. I think our windows were installed in the late 90s. Thank you!

Photo 1690 shows the overall mechanism, with the broken part running to the corner of the window. The part attaches to the operator on the right side and the underside of the window on the left.
