39-092 ROTO Casement Operator

This is a casement window, 34" wide x 58" high. Our window repair person says we need to have the hardware replaced and if possible I would like to replace the entire mechanism. This hardware was included on the Milgard windows that were installed on our house way back in 2000. Milgard has informed us this part is obsolete and no longer available. I am hoping you have a replacement part that I can use as a substitue so the window can open and close once again. ... (cont.)

There is a stamp under the inside crank handle that says polo. There is a "B" stamped on the outside lever.
