We are buying a house that has about a half a dozen broken casement operators. Can you help me identify this type?

Hi, We have casement windows with split arm operator surface mount "interlock world pats (sic) P1090 AY" with the right side swing out hardware that likely needs to be replaced. Do you have this part or anything compatible? Thank you in advance for your help. -Brooke

I have two bedroom windows with broken hardware. These are casement windows from Gorell. They are model #3007 with a demensions of 53 x 49.25. Is this enough to find replacement parts? I'm not sure I can take the window off for a better review. Thanks Phil

window doesn't close all the way

Several of my Milgard awning window crank handles are stripped (The plastic sleeve inside the handle socket) and i'm looking for replacements. They are 5/16" hex sockets, folding. Hello, I would like to replace several Milgard casement window controls and hinges. Will the 39-091 series controls and the 36-004-10 hinges be compatible? Besides the cranks, are there other parts I need to have an operating window? Thank you. Mike

Need to replace my milguard casement hardware. Window does not close.

I have measured the hex bolt this attaches to and it appears to be 11/32 Would I be right in that? 5/16 seems to be fractionally too small. The casement window this handle is for is about 10 years old.

The mechanism is longer opening the window. I don't know the window brand and I don't have any serial numbers. I need left and right opening mechanisms.
