39-092 ROTO Casement Operator

Hello I'm looking for parts to replace old window Hardware. It is Roto manufacture but I did not quite find match using the number on ARM. I would like to get new operator, the arm and optionally the bracket from image 3208 (as it is getting old and broken as well - just the plastic) Please let ... (cont.)

Both the top and bottom assemblies are rusted and broken. I would need to replace both. Do you have a part you could recommend for top and a part for bottom?

I am looking for these operators in bronze, are there any bronze available?

Hello, There! I am looking for Milgard 3510 Casement Operator and Handle. The part number for the operator is HA0391OPCY (Operator RH 3510 Clay). Handle would be HL0137CY. Hope the pictures help.

The ferrule acts as a bearing that the hole in the end of the arms attached to the bottom of the window rotate around. The ferrule is broken so the arm attachment point is loose and gets hung up on the broken ferrule and you can't get the window closed without a lot of manual manipulation. The scr ... (cont.)

These Solar Industries Inc. windows were purchased in April 1999 through Home Depot. The window mechanisms seem to work fine except that the hand crank part is breaking on all of them. This is original to the house we bought. after 20 yrs it won't close all the way. I need a new one but am confused on what to get..LH and RH confuse me as well not sure if those are interchangeable or not.
