I recently purchased your Anderson operator #39-094 and 39-095 I thought the 9" arms were the correct length as they were the only anderson straight arm operators on your website. When I took the old operators out the arm is only 8" long. Do you carry that operator or am I going to have to go to And ... (cont.)

Hi, We have a rental property with Anderson casements windows on either side of a fixed pane window (pic attached). 3 of the casement windows are inoperable. can you use the tee type handle with the 39-094 OPERATORS. we have rental properties with anderson windows and the tenant are hard on them. also do you sell just the knobs for handles? thanks, sharon
