Need to know what part(s) to order for this replacment and also the exact same one facing the other way.

The cranking mechanism on one of our Anderson casement windows has been stripped and the housing cracked. What do we to do to fix this? It is in a bank of 9 windows that are al least 20 years old

Operator arm broken and detached from window. Trying to determine replacement parts needed. Two windows open left to right; one opens right to left.

Operator I am trying to replace for Andersen wood casement window.

My problem crank assembly appears to be very much like your part numbers 39-150 and/or 39-094. However, mine does NOT have the screws that mount the cover onto the assembly. Length wise it seems to be in-between these two are far as the armature.

Hello, The hand crank case for this window is cracked and no longer working. The window measurements are 44 inches tall by 21 inches wide. Is the picture enough info for you to cross reference? I recently bought 32-080 from Swisco & they worked perfectly. That made me think of seeing if you have the Anderson operators. Thank you, Jack

Hopping to identify manufacture of my windows and their approximate age. Need replacement parts for cranks and crank box. Hi, I have a window operator I need to replace. I am not sure if it is Anderson, but it does have the crank in the middle. I believe it is roughly 9.5" . Will the 39-094 work in this application or is there something else I should be purchasing? Thanks! VB

I need to obtain the part that the handle attaches to in order to crank the window open and closed. The one window just has the opening but I took a picture of the working part once I removed the handle. Thanks for the help.
