39-094 Andersen Straight Arm Operator, 9 3/8" Arm

I need a replacement crank for my Anderson casement window crank. The square plastic piece that goes on end of crank broke off and window comes off track.

Can you help figure out what parts I need? It's just under 4 inches measuring between the screws. The crank was broke, you could open the window but not close it. Thanks!

I'm looking for a matching operator for this casement window. It opens from the right side. Note the "A" symbol and the part # S-9412-1A. I just noticed another number that looks like the correct part number #1361412R that was on the other side Thanks, Bill

I think this window is from the mid 1970s -- The window etching has an XI in a circle and a JD. I do not see any other letters or numbers. The visible glass dimensions are 15 9/16 x 48 1/16. It has a straight arm operator that is about 9 inches long.

I need to replace the window operators for my casement windows and in reading other comments parts 39-094 and 39-095 meet all the requirements except one. Hi, I'm looking for a set of replacement hardware for an Andersen window. See attached pictures, I have many installed like the one that needs replacing. The small plastic 1 inch piece that connects the crank arm (approx 11") into the metal runner on the 22x45 window is broken. Do I replace the whole arm & crank?

Problem is window will open but not close. The spindle backs out of the housing while not pulling the window shut. Need help.
